How to Enter

Whether it’s romantic or platonic, share your love story and tell us about your chemistry. Participants can enter the sweepstakes by filling out an online form describing their love story. The prize winner will be randomly selected and notified on Feb. 11 at 2 p.m. Participants who include a photo with their love story will receive an additional entry into the sweepstakes. Participants may submit only one love story and one photo.

Kick off Saint Patrick’s Day weekend on Friday the 13th by testing your luck and learning about the science behind superstitions at Kamin Science Center.

  • Indulge in spookily delicious cocktails and mocktails while strolling through all five floors of the Science Center’s exhibits kid-free.

  • Reenact some bad luck-bringing actions (think: walking under a ladder) and see if some superstitions might actually hold some scientific truth.

  • Celebrate both Friday the 13th and St. Patrick’s Day by learning about the many superstitions associated with the Irish holiday.

21+ Night: Monster Murder Mystery

At the Frankenstein wedding, one of the monstrous guests was murdered – and we need your help to solve this mystery! Use real forensic techniques to find the culprit while celebrating all things spooky season at Kamin Science Center. Come in costume and enjoy lots of treats!
