This high-energy experience in the PPG SCIENCE PAVILION® immerses visitors in the science of athletic performance across football, baseball, hockey, soccer, basketball, and more!
Before you hit the field, step into the Prepare zone to get your mind and body game ready. Discover how nutrition, hydration, sleep, and mental focus impact performance. Learn why what you put into your body matters just as much as the training you do. Suit up and explore the material science behind sports gear — how innovations in design and technology keep athletes protected, agile, and performing at their best.
Get ready to move! The Practice zone features four immersive simulators that let you dial in your focus and fine-tune your technique across five different sports, including baseball, hockey, football, soccer, and basketball. Hold your form, test your skills, and see how consistent practice sharpens precision, speed, and coordination.
Now it’s game time. Step into the Participate zone and feel the rush of competition — whether you’re in the action or cheering from the stands.
