Wave Italy Formula 1 Simulator
Immerse yourself in one of the most authentic Formula 1 racing simulators available. Featuring a cutting-edge motion platform, force-feedback steering, and a full cockpit modeled after a real F1 car, you’ll experience every acceleration, braking zone, and corner with incredible realism. Choose from iconic race circuits around the world and customize your difficulty level — from beginner to professional — for an unforgettable racing experience.

The Wave Italy F1 Simulator is an immersive, full-motion experience designed to replicate the physical sensations of Formula 1 racing.
- Are pregnant
- Have heart, neck, or back conditions
- Experience motion sickness
- Are under the influence of alcohol or other substances
Please note: Simulator experiences are available for purchase onsite during the day and are sold separately from Science Center General Admission and Science of Speed kart racing. The Wave Italy F1 Simulator is available for online reservations for adults-only (18+) evening experiences, Thursday-Saturday (online ticketing available soon).

Climb into our Formula 1 motion simulator for the most immersive experience in Science of Speed. Inside the cockpit, you’ll feel every corner, acceleration, and braking zone thanks to responsive motion technology, force-feedback steering, and panoramic screens that bring the race to life. Select a variety of real-life race tracks and set your difficulty rating from novice to professional for the ultimate thrill ride.
Whether you’re a lifelong motorsports fan or trying a racing simulator for the first time, it’s an experience you won’t forget.

IMPORTANT: Meeting the above requirements is not a guarantee you’ll be able to race our karts. Drivers will be measured and evaluated on-site and must be able to safely operate all elements of the kart. Final approval will be at management’s discretion.
Due to safety considerations, adult and junior karts may not race together. All racers must attend a brief safety training prior to racing and follow staff instructions at all times.
