SciTech Days connect middle and high school students with STEM professionals from local companies, universities, and organizations. Students will engage with hands-on demonstrations, explore STEM career pathways, and interact with experts at activity tables hosted by partnering groups.

In-Person Opportunities for Middle School Students (Grades 6–8)
Join us for an engaging experience designed to spark your students’ interest in STEM and future careers! During SciTech Day, middle school students will enjoy an interactive show from Kamin Science Center’s Demonstration Theaters team. Favorite science experiences are being reimagined with career-readiness themes to help students connect STEM concepts to real-world careers.
Join our workshops during SciTech Days to ignite your students’ passion for STEM! These hands-on sessions are designed to make complex concepts engaging and accessible for middle school students.
In-Person Opportunities for High School Students (Grades 9–12)
Career Connections gives high school students the opportunity to engage in meaningful conversations with STEM professionals from the Pittsburgh area. Students can explore a variety of STEM careers, ask questions, and gain valuable insight into the education and experiences that can help them reach their goals.

Explore all things college, university, and technical education in the Pittsburgh region! Students will discover STEM programs and career pathways offered by local colleges and universities and connect with representatives from universities and companies to learn more about which educational pathway may be right for them.
